Elsternwick Place is a dynamic ” mixed-use project including retail, office and residential uses.

Designed by award-winning architects, Jackson Clements Burrows, Elsternwick Place includes a three storey brick podium, brought to life at ground level by retail and cafe tenancies which enjoy the aspect onto the park opposite.

Above the brick podium is a further five storeys, with an architecturally striking form created by a folded metal clad roof, punched openings and the clever use of hit and miss vertical boards to the balustrades and horizontal sliding screens.
